What Are WingTsun and Escrima?

WingTsun is a traditional Chinese martial art known for its fluid movements, strategic principles, and direct combat techniques. It focuses on self-defense, using an opponent’s force against them and allowing practitioners to defend themselves effectively regardless of size or strength. WingTsun is not just about physical prowess; it also promotes mental discipline, quick reflexes, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. With the upgraded curriculum focused on real life situations, ATILIM WingTsun is allows its practitioners to be fit and always ready for the unwanted.

Escrima, also known as Arnis or Kali, is a Filipino martial art that emphasizes weapon-based fighting with sticks, knives, and improvised weapons, as well as empty-hand techniques. It’s renowned for its speed, agility, and adaptability, making it an excellent complement to WingTsun. Escrima teaches students how to defend against armed attackers and how to use everyday objects for self-defense.
